This study Digitalisation Readiness in India's Construction Industry: A Survey of Site and Project Professionals is about digitalisation readiness on Indian construction sites. Your experience helps us understand what is practical, what isn’t, and what support is actually needed.

Who should respond

Any Construction Professional working in India. Persons involved in operation and maintenance are also welcome.

• Site engineers, supervisors, foremen, planners, quantity surveyors, QA/QC staff
• Project engineers/managers, billing/measurement staff, document controllers
• Any professional involved in daily site execution or project delivery

Time required

Most respondents complete it in 15–30 minutes. If the survey doesn’t provide a “save and continue” option, please plan to finish in one sitting.

Privacy & consent

• You will see a consent step at the beginning.
• Do not enter names, phone numbers, email IDs, site names, or company identifiers.
• Results will be reported only in aggregated form.

What you’ll answer

• Your view of digitalisation on site: what works, what fails, and why
• How information is currently recorded (paper/WhatsApp/Excel/apps/etc.)
• Challenges: language, training, device availability, connectivity, time pressure
• Which digital tools/technologies you would actually want on site
